If you have black cooregated tube under the ground.

I hope you have good gutter guard or atleast outlet screen. It will buy you some time.

 Roots can get into it clogging it up also. 

 There is no way to snake (clean) it.

  Only go with  pvc.

 Worse come to worse, pvc can be snaked, and roots don't get into it.

I've seen this over and over for a long time now.

The industry it seems is finding this out also.

 I'm noticing more and more pvc and less black tube, on newer homes.

Next time you get your gutters cleaned. Have your contractor install some outlet screens!

There are different types of outlet screens. The more surface area on the screen the better.

 Buy as much time as you can. eventually it will have to be dug up.
